DANIEL GAS LOADED CONTROL VALVES

Designed to regulate and control maximum pipeline pressures or to maintain a minimum back pressure in a system.

  • They incorporate an integral oil reservoir mounted on the external surface of the valve cylinder head

  • Gas under pressure is applied to the reservoir. The moveable oil barrier between the gas and the valve piston insures the nitrogen gas does not permeate the piston seals lowering nitrogen consumption and the need to constantly replenish the system.

  • Can be mounted in the horizontal, vertical, or 45 degree angle configuration.

  • Suitable for pressures ranging from ANSI 150 lb. to ANSI 600 lb.

  • A major benefit of the valve design is that all internal parts, including cylinder, piston and seat ring are removed as a cartridge assembly which keeps your line connections intact.

DANIEL PILOT OPERATED CONTROL VALVES

  • Eliminates the need for an external power source.

  • One valve can perform multiple functions such as back pressure, flow rate control, flow check, and on/off control..

  • Can be installed in a horizontal or vertical line with upward flow direction

  • Zero leakage - contoured edge of piston provides a tight seal and assures drip-tight operation and dead-end service.

  • Suitable for pressures ranging from ANSI 150 lb. to ANSI 600 lb.

  • A major benefit of the valve design is that all internal parts, including cylinder, piston and seat ring are removed as a cartridge assembly which keeps your line connections intact.
